1. Use of the App

Bubblehead is a quiz game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. By using the app, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable platform rules.

2. Leaderboard and Display Names

The app allows you to choose a display name and submit your best score to a global leaderboard and Hall of Fame. Your display name and score may be visible to other players.

You agree not to use offensive, misleading, impersonating, or inappropriate names. We reserve the right to remove, reset, or hide any name or score that violates these terms or platform requirements.

3. Anonymous Sign-In and Data

Bubblehead uses anonymous authentication to associate scores with a device. No traditional account, password, or personal profile is required.

4. Advertising and Purchases

Bubblehead may display advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. Ads may be non-personalised where required by law.

The app may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing advertisements. All purchases are processed through the relevant app store and are subject to their terms and refund policies.

5. Fair Play

You agree not to exploit bugs, manipulate scores, reverse engineer, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the app or its leaderboard systems.

6. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time to improve performance, enhance gameplay, or comply with platform and legal requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bubblehead is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, interruption, data issues, or damages arising from the use of the app.
